Accreditation/Registration for the ATT Diplomatic Conference 2-27 July 2012

There are two stages involved in accrediting your NGO, and registering participants to attend the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) Diplomatic Conference, UN Headquarters in New York, 2-27 July 2012.

NGOs that were accredited to any previous ATT PrepCom should go directly to the registration process. New requests for accreditation must be received by the UNODA no later than 14 May 2012. Such requests should be entered via the United Nations Civil Society Network (CSO Net) by filling out an online accreditation form available here.

NGOs that have applied for accreditation will receive a status notification by 17 May 2012

It is envisaged that NGOs will be notified by e-mail on the outcome of their request for accreditation by 4 June 2012

Registration and issuance of identification badges
The registration process involves two steps:
(1) pre-registration of NGO representatives online
(2) registration of NGO representatives at the UN (On-site registration)
NGOs that are provisionally accredited to the meeting, including those that have been accredited to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th ATT PrepComs must pre-register their NGO representatives who are expected to attend the meeting via CSO Net by 22 June 2012 here.

Upon completion of pre-registration, you will be able to download a CONFIRMATION LETTER via CSO Net once registration has been approved by UNODA. Please note that the confirmation letter is required for on-site registration.

On-site registration at the UN in New York will take place only during the first 2 days of the Conference, Monday, 2 July 2012 and Tuesday 3 July 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
