US: Campaigners ask Starbucks to keep guns out of its coffee shops

IANSA members in the US are asking Starbucks coffee shops to ban people from carrying guns in their cafés. In some US states, people are allowed to openly carry their weapons in public and over the past few months, gun owners have been gathering at restaurants and coffee shops with guns strapped to their hips. The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence is supporting a petition calling on Starbuck to ban guns in its shops.
